Phillip Garner was born in Gainesville, Georgia with a hammer in his hand. Being raised in a family where his father and uncle are building contractors has a distinct advantage when you decide to step into those big shoes. "I grew up learning this business from my father".

Phillip Garner moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida in his early twenties to join his uncle's contracting business. For the past 12 years, Phillip has been remodeling homes or building custom homes in Sarasota and Manatee Counties from 2000 sq.ft. to in excess of 10,000sq.ft. homes. In 2002, Phillip founded and is president of the building contracting company, Vizions, Inc. Rather than approach the building of a home from the industry's typical "mass produced" style, where every house looks the same inside out, Phillip Garner is a big believer that quality rules over quantity.
